After an exciting week of tennis at the ATP Indian Wells Masters, only four players remain to compete for the ATP Indian Wells Title in the California desert. Most in the sports betting and gaming news world would not have anticipated these names together. Thus, we are definitely in for a very interesting and exciting semis. Imagine being at a semifinals where all the Top 1- players have been eliminated. This is a great chance for these new players to shine, and give us a good show. ATP Indian Wells Semifinals
First up we have Grigor Dimitrov playing against Cameron Norrie. Norrie has done exceptionally well in 2021, and he can actually claim the British #1 rank for the first time in his career, regardless of the outcome of the semifinals. He was able to get to where he is now by beating Tennys Sandgren by winning 6-4 5-7 6-0. Next, he also followed with a three-set win against Roberto Bautista Agut. He then faced Tommy Paul, who he also won against in three sets. Dimitrov, despite some injuries, has been playing quite well, even beating Daniil Medvedev. Will the Bulgarian have enough to beat Norrie? That remains to be seen, but many in the PayPerHead industry are looking at a Norrie win for this.
We also have Taylor Fritz playing against Nikoloz Basilashvili. Fritz has been playing well over the last couple of years. He has, however, missed out on some very crucial games that would gave gotten him higher up the ranks. Fritza won straight against Brandon Nakashima, Matteo Berrettini and Jannik Sinner. He also beat Alexander Zverev, and now faces Nikolos Basilashvili. The Georgian star beat Christopher Eubanks and Albert Ramos Vinolas in three sets. He also won against Karen Khachanov as well as Greek Tsitsipas. Despite his performance, Fritz remains the favorite to win this game.
